I am a friendly, energetic and outgoing person. I love to travel, I especially love visiting historical sites and ruins, (its always fun to imagine life in another time).

I like trying new things as long as it does not involve a high element of risk. (So sky diving and bungee jumping are out of the question)

I love to dance and enjoy the occassional sports and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. I consider myself a voracious reader (I enjoy a good mystery or historical fiction).

I value my family and my culture, especially since I have spent the majority of my life living outside of India. I look forward to visiting India and meeting with extended family. I consider myself moderately religious, and while not one for convention , I am proud of my culture and heritage particularly the Hindu festivals. I cherish all our traditions big or small and especially enjoy celebrating it with my family.

I am currently working as a risk analyst in Toronto while exploring options to complete an MBA in Europe or the USA. I am ambitious and hardworking but I am a firm believer in creating a work life balance with a strong focus on family.

I am looking for a friend to share the rest of my life with. Someone who shares similar interests, has a great sense of humour, is independent and who possesses strong family values.

We are a small tight-knit family settled in Toronto Canada for approximately 12 years. Prior to that we were in the middle east. We are originally from Mumbai but speak Kannada at home and our religious views are moderate to liberal. I also have a younger brother who is currently studying engineering.
