I work for Oracle in Bangalore.
I was previously working for Oracle in California.
Hobbies include sports and reading (fiction).
Feel that establishing a dialog will better reveal other aspects like interests/activities/disposition...
What am I attempting? To meet a nice girl! Someone who is smart, lively, and kind. I am writing with the most serious intent of finding a life partner.
Random notes..
I really am terrified with the prospect of getting married. I am terrified because I have a different view of finding my life partner which at its rudiments is very different from the usual route of seeing someone my parents have arranged and blindly tying the knot hoping that the biggest lottery that I (may I say 'we' ) have gambled for in life is not an abject failure?
So what I mean is that while I certainly believe that it is time for me to get married I simply refuse to do so in the usual way. I have steadfastly refused to see someone and say yes or no, that is not my idea about life in general and marriage in particular.
So where does that leave me then, it leaves me with the faintest hope of finding a girl who also shares the same view about finding a life partner and believes in getting to know the person better before she feels that she can consider him as her partner. I am very particular about getting to know the person at least for a couple of months before I can move from a terrified state to a terrific state of mind!
Ideally one would like to meet someone during the regular course and get to know each other. Someone at work. Someone in your social circle. You are attracted to certain visible qualities in each other and you gradually come to accept and cherish the person as a whole.
I believe from experience that one's true personality doesn't come across the internet (email, chat) or over the telephone line. Would you like to meet up?
Turn offs are dirty habits and meanness.
I love dogs - but i don't have any pets. Wouldn't it be nice to live in a farm house where horses and dogs can roam free (and someone to take care!).
My hobbies - reading (fiction) and sports.
I'm not religious or spiritual. I believe that religion is more a way of life - a set of best practices. And any god might appreciate your deeds rather than your singing of praises!
If you feel that you find all this(!) interesting enough to warrant an email response then drop me a line with a little bit about yourself.

NOTE: in case there are any questions better to clarify than assume; sometimes what little is there in the profile is not fully representative?
